Energy saving

PLEASE LIMIT YOUR ENERGY CONSUMPTION THROUGH SMALL ACTIONS - Do not overheat the chalet - Switch off the heaters when you open the windows - Before going skiing: turn down the heating and close the windows - Turn off the lights

Bed sheets & towels

If you have rent some bed sheets and/ or towels with us.

On the day of your departure please remove the fitted sheet (not the mattress protector), pillowcase, duvet cover, towels and bath mats from your room and place them in the appropriate laundry bags outside on the bank.

On the day of your departure, please collect all the used sheets in the fabric bag and put it outside on the bank.

On the day of your departure, please collect all used towels in this net and put it outside on the bank.

→ do not remove mattress protector from mattresses.

→Please remove the bath mats from the bathrooms and place them in piles outside next to the bank.

→Please leave unused sheets and towels in the chalet

How to open the door downstairs

1.

Dial the code.

2.

Press the black button on the side to open the box.

3.

Take the key to open/close the door and put it back in the box. The door can be locked from the inside by lifting the handle and turning the latch.

How to use the boot dryer

1.

The boot dryers are connected to a timer. They will start automatically around 5pm until 8pm and then restart from 8am to 9am.

2.

The red switch on the side of each shoe dryer is used to turn on the heating. Make sure that it is on.

3.

The green switch on the side of each shoe dryer is used to turn on the fan. Make sure that it is on.

How to use the sauna

Do not wear jewellery in a sauna. Metal can get hot and burn the skin.

1. Hygien rules

Please, always sit on your towel. Do not eat or drink alcoholic beverages in the sauna.

2. Switch ON/OFF the sauna

Press this button to switch the sauna on/off.

3. Light in the sauna

Press this button to switch on the light in the sauna.

3. Set temperature

The knob on the right side is used to set the temperature.

How to use the fire place

Bags of wood are at your disposal in the garage and some kindling outside of the chalet. Wood costs 10 €/ bag and will be charged at the end of your stay.

To use the fireplace, open the door, put in wood, paper and kindling, light and close the door.

2.

In order to ignite correctly, open the air inlet as much as possible (on the left side or on the front) and leave the exhaust flap open (on the right side the system must be pulled out).

3.

Once the fire has started sufficiently, push the system back to the right side to partially close the draft damper and adjust the air to your convenience.

4.

During the use of the fireplace if you wish to add wood, open the 2 dashes (to the right and left of the glass) and then lift the glass upwards.

5.

Reverse the steps to close the window. This prevents smoke from entering the room and triggering the fire detector.

6.

Please do not burn anything else than wood or paper in the fire place. It is strictly forbidden to remove the ash with a vacuum cleaner. Risk of fire!

How to use the cooking plate

If the bottle of gas should be empty during your stay, please let the owner know and he will replace it.

To light one of the burners, turn the knob and hold it down for 2 seconds.
The cooking plate has a safety device to prevent any problems in case of flame extinction.

How to use the TV and sat receiver

The reception of the channels is via satellite. If the TV does not show any picture, check that the HDMI channel is the one of the receiver (use the TV remote control to make the change).

1. TV

Switch on the TV with the 1st remote control.

2. Sat receiver

Switch on the receiver using the 2nd remote control. Wait a moment while the channels are updated.

Channels from 1 to 999 correspond to French channels. Channels from 1000 correspond to foreign channels.
