A wonderful week's holiday in this superb chalet.

Chalet Snow Star has provided excellent accommodation for my family mix of 8 adults and 5 grandchildren on two occasions now. The Bettex lift is an easy walk, giving direct access to the whole 3V lift system, with a gentle blue run back at the end of the ski day. The personal service Katia & Cedric give is second to none and marks Chalets Lacuzon out from any other chalet company I have ever used.

Our group consisted of 15 people, including skiers and hikers. The stay (Chalet Snow Valley) more than met expectations; the comfort and the pleasant, cozy chalet were appreciated by all participants. The spacious dining table and the open kitchen integrated with the dining area received particular praise. Unfortunately, the weather conditions were not optimal due to heavy snowfall, which limited the use of the ski area.

We were a party of 10 adults staying at Snow Pearl for New Year.
It was wonderful having a private bathroom each, as well as the sauna and jacuzzi. The chalet is well equipped and the owners very helpful and responsive.
The ski hire shop in Bettex is friendly and convenient too.

We had an amazing week at Chalet Snow Dream! The location is perfect—close to the slopes and offering stunning mountain views. The chalet was spotless, very well-equipped, and extremely comfortable for our group.
Communication with the Chalets-Lacuzon team was excellent: quick responses, clear information, and a warm, friendly approach that made everything easy. We especially loved the spacious living areas, the fully equipped kitchen, and the sauna for relaxing after a day of skiing.

Lovely place. only 300m walk to the chairlift of La Bettex.

Great chalet (chalet 3 vallees) for mixed family group over New Year. Chalet is in a great location with easy access to slopes & could be ski to door in good snow year but only short walk to lift. It’s well equipped but just a heads up to take all your basics for washing up/dishwasher/rubbish sacks/soap. The hot tub and sauna were excellent, much used and appreciated at the end of a day’s skiing!! Chalet Lacuzon were super easy to deal with, Katia was quick to reply to all contact and really helpful with all questions, good restaurant recommendations, ski passes, hire etc. Cedric through the week was also super quick to respond to any messages and sorted our only small issue immediately. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend

Spacious, very well-equipped chalet, close to the Bettex chairlift and therefore the 3 Vallées ski area; top-notch spa and sauna!!

It's a shame there aren't any shops or bars nearby...you have to drive all the time...

Second year in a row we stay in the Chalets Lacuzon, and again it was brilliant! Great bang for your buck, will be back next year again!

Our second stay with the nice, friendly Perrets in another of their chalets, which we highly recommend in every respect. Anyone who spends their ski week here is in excellent hands. If all goes well, we'll be back for another stay in 2026. Many thanks to Katia and Cédric for their impeccable help and hospitality...🤗🥂👍

We had a wonderful week in your chalet.
Just a few improvements would be appreciated:
The heating in the downstairs bathroom never worked (very cold for washing).
A heated towel rail in the bathrooms would be nice (our towels stayed damp all week).
The chalet temperature is too low; we played with the set point all week.
The bedrooms are spacious; a small table to put your things on would be nice.
In the living room, there are loose benches; if you lean against the wall, you end up in the middle of the room.
The ski room is too small (12 people to change?) and the bench is dangerous; however, it is good for storing equipment. Creating an adjoining room for changing would be a good idea.
One last thing: cleaning is not done thoroughly, especially in the corners and the bathroom trash cans are not emptied and a soiled mattress protector is present.
Your chalet is of a high standard; we shouldn't have the minor issues that disrupted our stay (I had to call you several times).

This was our second time with the Lacuzon chalets. The first one three years ago didn't totally convince us and we went to try other chalets elsewhere but it must be said that with the modernization work carried out on the chalets, the level of equipment as well as the very friendly space of the living rooms won us over this time 100%. In addition, the responsiveness and efficiency of Cédric who intervened within 1/2 hour to restore our hot water is all the more appreciable. This time it's decided we will come back next year!

We stayed in the Snow Angel Chalet. Great location and Katia was very helpful both before and during our stay. Great having en suite rooms and the hot tub and sauna were great. Would recommend and will stay again
